Interview
It was a super easy interview process. They asked me about my abilities to work on a team as well as my leadership skills. They took me through the restaurant and showed me the reins of what I might be working with which I really appreciated. We ended the interview with a milkshake and a contract to sign on as soon as possible!

There were 2 rounds of interviews: one behavioral round from a manager and another more technical one from the store manager. Both were pretty short / around 15 minutes max.
They asked me questions about myself and my qualities. They also asked me questions about how I was in high school since it was my first job. They asked me about my interests.
