Initial interview with the recruiter was great. She was super friendly, but also asked great questions. After that initial interview, the second round of interviews consists of 3 separate interviews with various team leads. They were all incredibly friendly, and I noticed they had great things to say for every response I gave. This gave me a sense that I was nailing the interviews. Most of the questions were "tell me about a time" questions, so be prepared with specific stories. After all 4 virtual interviews, the final interview would be in person. This is when I found out I would not advance in the process, which was shocking considering how well the interviews felt from my end. I guess I just got out-gunned by other candidates.
