Interview
Very thorough. They will fly you out to Atlanta just to interview you with multiple people and show you around the Head quarters. Very much aptitude and attitude based, not so concerned with your knowledge and skills. They are also interested in who you are as a person. They want people with strong character as well as an intelligent hard worker.

Interview
Several phone interviews, and then an afternoon of interviewing with 5 different people. They gave me a small tour of that particular office area and they generously provided lunch. The various people I met with were friendly and each shared more about the position.
