A majority of my questions were of the behavioral type and that was to be expected given the extremely strong culture of the company. The process began with a detailed application. Upon finishing the application, I had a phone interview with a recruiter and every question was a "fit" question as the interviewer knew little to nothing about the specific position that I was interviewing for. The next round of interviews were on-site and included meetings with 6 individuals and was a full day event. Everyone was friendly and eased any of my nerves before their particular interview. Overall, it was a great experience, with an undesirable outcome. The Christian culture and importance of personal-development is truly alive within the Chick-fil-A headquarters.
