The interview process was long and took about 2 months or so. The first interview was a prerecorded one where you have some time to answer the questions. The next interview was with the recruiter. Next set of interviews consisted of meeting with 2 groups of team leads (virtual). Then another interview with the recruiter again to get more information about CFA’s purpose. Final interview consisted of a virtual interview w the Senior Recruiter and final on site interview. Recruiter was very communicative and kept me updated throughout the process!

Was fast and transparent. Virtual interview first 2 rounds. Then in person interview. This is the new way for companies to interview people. I am quite impressed with the quality of the interview process and questions.
