Chick-fil-A Corporate interview questions

After submitting my resume online, I received an invitation to complete a very thorough online application that included multiple essay and short answer questions. After passing that screen, I was invited to HQ for a day of interviews with the director of the group, an HR rep, and analysts and managers from the group. They are definitely looking for "fit" and you either fit or you don't. The only negative was that at some point the position I applied for was filled and I was never informed. When I arrived for my interviews, I was told that I was now being interviewed for another position, which I didn't think I was qualified for.

They basically asked me whether or not I had any experience. Why I wanted to work for Chick-fil-a. If I was comfortable working in a slow, medium, or fast pace environment and why. They asked me where I could see myself in 5 or 10 years. They asked me my strengths and weaknesses. Also, they asked if I had reliable transportation.
