I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Restaurants (Lake Worth, FL) in Sep 2025
Interview
The interview process was good, the interviewer was nice and respectful. I didn't know what they would ask, and was caught by surprise. But these were straightforward questions. I heard back from them within a few days.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me a few questions:
-What previous careers, school, extracurricular activities have you had?
-Name 3 traits you would use to describe yourself?
-Where will you see yourself in 5 years?
-Are you planning on taking a full time or part time job?
-What hours and days are you willing to work?
-What skills could you contribute?
They ask about your school, availability, and capabilities. And they tell you about having hospitality and that you need to say my pleasure and the position you applied for. And if u make it, they get u ready for orientation.

Interview
I've applied for 2 locations and had interviews there. It depends on the restaurant and the manager there for each since they're independently-operated. It takes 3 rounds, but you first meet the supervisor. However, you might meet the manager in first round.
It was pretty okay, though.

Interview
The interview process included three separate interviews. The first was a basic screening focused on availability and general interest in the position. The second interview went more in depth about customer service experience and teamwork. The final interview was with higher-level management and focused on character, work ethic, and fit with the company’s values. Overall, the process was organized but thorough.
