Interview
It was mainly standard food interview practice, consisting of questions like:
- Why chick Fil a
- What would you do if a customer isn’t cooperating
- What kind of skills do you offer
- what’s your schedule
- are you against cleaning toilets and appliances in the bathroom
Things like that. Dont worry about it, the director of operations is extremely nice and can usually see if you’re trying to make an effort like in my case.

I've applied for 2 locations and had interviews there. It depends on the restaurant and the manager there for each since they're independently-operated. It takes 3 rounds, but you first meet the supervisor. However, you might meet the manager in first round.

The second interview went more in depth about customer service experience and teamwork. The final interview was with higher-level management and focused on character, work ethic, and fit with the company’s values. Overall, the process was organized but thorough.
