Interview
You get asked to guess Disney songs? Then have to answer three bs questions to another person and they present for you that’s it then choose who they want based off that you don’t even get to talk about you or your qualifications. Basically if the two people ‘interviewing’ you think your worthy enough for a second interview based off you just sitting there I guess that’s how you get a second interview. Also they in the interview talked for 20 mins how they pride themselves so highly on feedback and encouraged people to reach out to them so I did and never got a reply back was ghosted… glad I didn’t get another interview unprofessional.

Interview
It was a basic interview. You go in, depending on how early you are they'll have you sit at a table to wait for the interviewer. Then the interviewer shows up and will introduce themselves and ask you to tell them about yourself, and then go through basic interview questions like how well you work in a team, availability, desired hours, etc. If you were accepted to move on to the second interview where you go through a similar process with the person in charge of the BOH, you should get a call, text, or email. If not, you likely won't hear anything from them.
