Interview
Multiple interviews, the first interview is about 5-10 minutes with the most basic general questions. Not sure about the rest of the interviews. Very straight to the point questions, tell me about yourself, strengths, weaknesses etc. They did lie about pay though and pretended not to know about the misinformative pay on their website. Guy literally said "Oh wow, thats actually misleading, idk why it says that."

Interview
The interview process was warm and talkative. The interviewer was focused on my smile and how friendly I was. Once disclosed that I did not have a car the interview was over, his colleague came and stood next to us like it’s time to wrap this up making no eye contact.
The interview process is pretty straight forward. It is not nerve wracking, and I feel like they really try to get to know you. They ask about experience, availability, and personal strength and weaknesses.
