First step of hiring process was Phone call. They asked some easy questions like work experience, skills and why I would like to work there. It was pretty easy. After that video interview with 3 people. It was not that easy.

initial phone interview/pre screening, followed by an in person interview. Interview panel were nice, but very cold and made me feel as if they didnt even like their jobs, never made eye contact.
