Interview
A half-hour slot was allotted for the interview. However, the entire interview felt very rushed and was done in less than 15 minutes. It was more of a screener call than an actual interview. I was given absolutely no information about the position unless I asked, which was odd. I was told I would hear back by the end of the week but never got a response. Not even after follow-up emails asking for an update.

Interview
first screening with recruiter was pleasant. She gave me a lot of information on both the role and institution and was looking to see if my research/clinical experience matched their needs. Quickly got an update about a second interview and next steps.

Interview
There was first an interview with a headhunter - who was late and had clearly not reviewed my resume. He was not checking my credentials and was more interested in if I would be willing to work 4 10 hour days a week and that the location and salary combo was okay. There did not seem to be any development possible and was unable to address most of my questions about the position. Even with extensive background in the field, he could only suggest me on the higher end of the salary offer.
