Applied on a weekend, received a phone interview request that Monday and had phone interview on Thursday. The interviewer was nice and I believe it went well but I still haven't heard back from them after that and it's been about 3 weeks for me. I have a friend who interviewed with Children's for another position and its been a bit over a month and they haven't heard back yet post initial interview.
