Took part in a teams online interview with managers from multiple units. One manager led the questions. Total interview time was about twenty to thirty minutes. Job offered within a week.
Straightforward and simple. Human resources, then unit manager. I tour the unit had questions answered, and my interview was fairly straightforward. The HR process had foundational question – tell me about yourself and speak to your experience. The interview processes itself with good, the waiting period to hear anything was longer than I would’ve liked.
