The whole process was disappointing from start to finish. Despite rumors I had heard about the Foundation, I wanted to be optimistic because it had so much potential. I was passed along to 3 different people for preliminary stage. In second interview leader barely interviewed me and was not impressed when asked for more details on position. Overall, I was turned off by whole process and wouldn’t pursue an opportunity there. I took a job with a national organization that impressed me from start to finish. I was seeking innovation and respect and I don’t think it is with Children’s. Did not wait around for next steps as I accepted another position.
