The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Tustin, CA) in Feb 2012
Interview
I came in for a job fair that I had heard about from Craigslist. The whole process was fairly short and I was out within 20 minutes. The interview itself was only like 2 minutes and wasn't much of an interview. Basic questions were asked such as "why do you want to work here" and "what do you know about the company". the interviewer said that they will call for a possible second interview with the GM. You don't need to much planning before applying you will probably get a very relaxed interview just have a good time with the interviewer and make conversation.
Quick chat with manager, 30 minutes, had to speak about my previous work experience, and how I Work with customers and availability as well as commitment to the team for both the current season and onward.
It was very chill, they asked about previous work experience, why I left my previous job, my skills, and my availability. Very standard interviewing process and interviewer was very nice.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
