I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle in Jan 2013
Interview
I applied online and a few days later got an email letting me know I was invited to go interview anytime between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. The place was crowded with a bunch of other people that were waiting to be interviewed. There were 2 interviewers there. My interviewer was really friendly and I didn't feel nervous talking to her at all. She explained about the company and then asked me some simple questions then told me she would call me for another interview and to make sure I learned as much about Chipotle as possible. A week later I still had not received a call back so I called them. I was told that all positions had been filled.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
