I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle
Interview
Easy Interviewing process went in for the interview got asked a couple of questions about myself where i went to school, asked me about the company and if knew anything and THIS is where you should do your research on! I did research on the founder and background of the company and it really did help me get the job! no second or third interview i was basically hired on the spot!

Question 1
Their Scenario Question was difficult because it seemed like that was the question where they payed the most attention. in my case the question was " You see one of the crew members not performing up to spec what do you do?"
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
