I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle in Jun 2012
Interview
I applied online and called in a couple of days later to see if they had looked at it yet. They hadn't but the Apprentice Manager told me to come in for an interview two days later. I interviewed with the Apprentice I had talked to on the phone for about half an hour. He asked me about myself, why I wanted to work at Chipotle, what I liked about the company, what kind of hours I was looking for, what experience I had, and how long I was planning to stay with the company. He also asked how much I wanted to be paid. After this interview I called a couple of days later and he told me to come in for a crew interview. I was very outgoing at the crew interview and asked questions about the job and how much they liked it/ how long they'd been there, etc. The General Manager told me I'd get an email within the next couple of days with paperwork to fill out online and that I'd gotten the job. I never got the email but came in with my two forms of ID and the GM sent the email that day. I started working the next week.

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Bixby Knolls, CA) in Jul 2026
Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

Question 1
They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
