I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Maumee, OH)
Interview
I was invited for an interview through email. When I arrived, the manager wasn't there. He didn't come into the restaurant until 3 minutes before the interview was supposed to start. When he walked in, he grabbed a piece of paper for me, and the two others getting interviewed, to write our names on. Other than that, he had no way of knowing who was who, or how to contact us afterward. I emailed and called the restaurant with no response for over 3 weeks. Out of the blue, I got an email saying I was not selected for employment.

Question 1
All of the questions were simple and very generic.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
