I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chipotle
Interview
Applied online and got an email 3 days later setting in person inperson interview. I walked in and everyone greeted me offered me a drink and sat down to wait for the GM. First asked me to talk about myself. I said all the activites I did in school and what I do in my spare time. Then he asked what I knew about the company (do your research before you really stand out) basically rambled all about the company. Then he talked about the hierchy within the company. Minutes later he told me I was hired! I felt like the interview went well, my advice is research before, be confident and just go with the flow.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
