I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Golden Ring, MD) in May 2013
Interview
I saw an Ad for needed crew members in my location on indeed.com. I decided to apply and after I applied, I just walked in. They told me to come to their open interviews from Mon-Wen and i showed up.i had one interview. then i randomly called them after, then they gave me a second interview...and told me i got the job. and they said they would call me about further proposal. a week passed by and nothing happened. i called, and they told me they weren't hiring because there aren't enough hours for even part time available. that's a lie because their website says otherwise.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
