You first fill out an application, then they give you call back within the week. You meet with the assistant manager, then the manager of the restaurant. You are expected to know some of the company's history and why you want to work there. They ask you a few questions regarding teamwork, your availability, then hire you on the spot.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day

I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
