I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Sterling, VA) in Oct 2013
Interview
The interview process at Chipotle is like no other! First they have the manager or supervisor come and talk to you for the initial part of the interview. He asked a few questions, mostly based around my personality and what i'm passionate about. He then went and asked a team member to talk to me. She asked a few questions and told me that she thinks I'll fit in just fine with the team. She went back and the manager returned. I was then offered a job!
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
