Many candidates in one table (at chipotle eglinton and yonge) and there was the manager (who was kinda weird, she was very aggressive when she would say something ; she was not loud or anything but just you know too strict like chill man its chipotle). She first said this was the "hunger games" (lol) and we had "to fight" for our place as only two people were getting hired out of the 10 of us. She said and I quote "I want to know you as you and that what I will base my decision on your personality, we are like a big family at Chipotle I dont want to hire someone who does not fit our family" and leggit said I don't care if you had previous experience. She then hired two girls and I went back to the same location to order food; saw one of the girls that was hired there she was really sweet I remembered her from the interview; when I was there her "family" dissed her in front of other customers for the way she closed the guac. I felt bad for her but good for me as they just seemed to really force it with the friendship and the vibe there is honestly kinda weird.
