I spoke to the general manager and then the assistant manager individually. Each asked me similar questions. I was offered a position on the spot and was able to negotiate my hourly wage to slightly above what they originally offered.

What are your strengths and weaknesses? What were some things you didn't like about your last employer?
Quick chat with manager, 30 minutes, had to speak about my previous work experience, and how I Work with customers and availability as well as commitment to the team for both the current season and onward.
It was very chill, they asked about previous work experience, why I left my previous job, my skills, and my availability. Very standard interviewing process and interviewer was very nice.

very easy, two interviews, one over phone and in-person, less than 30 minutes and talked with store manager and some of the crew, got a tour of the back kitchen ask about weekends and experience
