Put in an application and was called about two weeks later for an interview. Went in and spoke with two managers on my first interview and was told to come back the next day to finish up, as apparently I had to interview with all five of the managers there. Both interviews went very well I thought, but the second interview was only with one manager who said she'd give me a call about the job when she was done. I thought this was a good sign as I'd done very well in both interviews, had dressed well, and knew a bit about the company.
After not hearing anything for two or three days I called back and was told by one of the managers that I didn't receive the job with no explanation why. Days later I received an email telling me the same thing, which led me to believe that if I had not called and asked, they would not have called me and just emailed me instead. I found that to be very unprofessional. At least I got two free drinks out of the deal. Will never apply for a position with the company again.

Question 1
They make sure to ask you what you know about the company, so take half an hour or so before your interview to read up as much as you can on their web site.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Bixby Knolls, CA) in Jul 2026
Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

Question 1
They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
