I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle in Feb 2014
Interview
The ratio was 3 candidates to one manager during the interview. They made me feel like I gotten the job. He called me in for a second interview. He asked me my availability. My friend got hired on the spot but I didn't. They told me I would hear back within a day or so and nothing. I went in 3 days later and the manager just told me he was going to look for another candidate. Don't feel like you got the job just by the way the talk to you in the interview.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
