I had an interview at chipotle. I went in and met the manager. She was very nice. She showed me around and then we went somewhere private to talk. She explained the job to me and asked me if I had any questions. She then asked how I was qualified.

Group of people sit in a circle to answer questions. First come first serve answers. Some regular questions about working in a restaurant and previous restaurant training and experience. Lasted about 45 minutes
Quite easy interview, no real pressure more just talking about the position itself with a few questions that get asked at every other job as well as some questions on your past experience in the food industry

I showed up on time yet waited in the lobby for the manager for about 15 mins. But it was short and sweet. They ask you basic interview questions. As long as you are competent, you have the job.
