I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Hadley, MA) in Jun 2020
Interview
Group interview. Very casual with questions like "where do you see yourself in a year". They just want to get to know you. It seemed like they want you to lie and say that you want to work at chipotle forever and work your way up through management. I was honest and said I just wanted a summer job and they never called me back LOL
The interview was fairly simple. Interview questions based more so on personality and teamwork abilities. The whole interview process lasted less than 20 minutes as there was multiple candidates applying at the same time.

Interview
I first got a call from the store manager and things were fine at first, but the next day when I got called in to start orientation, the manager wanted to ask me a few more questions. I told her about my situation, told her I was disabled and was religious and wouldn't work between a certain time frame, she tried to dance around the fact that she didn't want to hire me by telling me that I would be their designated "chip maker" and that it was a fast-paced location.
