The interview was really only questions about Chipotle and the culture. Do your homework on the company before hand and you should be fine. I read through the website and the Wikipedia page and was able to answer every question.
Very easy and fast. They hire felons and they work with your schedule normally no matter what you can work or the day is they hire a lot of people that are in school and they also offer a program that pays for schooling if you work so many hours
