Interview
It was quick and simple. The hiring manager asked a few questions and it lasted from 10-20 minutes. They asked a lot of the questions that would be asked in other interviews, like "what are your strengths and weaknesses?"
Applied online and gotten an email to come in for an interview. Was asked about availability and prior experiences. Was also asked on how to deal with customers. Display being a hard worker and a passion for fast food worker

What my availability was and the flexibility of it
They took time to get to know you and listen to your needs. Especially since most workers were students, it was helpful that they worked with your schedules to make working there easy.
An initial phone call, in-person interview with personal questions, and more questions and clarifications about the job and scheduling. Got hired immediately after the interview and was able to do paperwork.
