Interview
I applied online and got an email a while later telling me about an interview so I was excited and went there all professionally but they made me wait forever and the kitchen manager was impressed with all my answers and said that she would call me back but didn't. Two weeks later I called asking for the manager about the status and she set me up for a second interview. The next day I went thinkin it was the official second interview but NO they did not even know. The general manager wanted to hire me but after asking when I'll turn 18 she said she unfortunately cannot hire me even though she'd love to. I was confused because the first interview was fine when she knew my age so I said but this is the second interview so I assumed everything was clear and she was all suprised and had to talk with someone about it. She continued the interview but I saw no point in it. She said she'd let me know later but no. I gave up on this very unorganized company! What a waste of time and hope and studying about this company!
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Bixby Knolls, CA) in Jul 2026
Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Explain a time when you handled an upset customer?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
