The interview process is a sham. I've interviewed at multiple locations in my area multiple times, and never got past the first interview. Why? Your guess is as good as mine. I have relevant expirenence that would help me do well with Chipotle, and I work hard. I guess they never cared because I don't fit into their narrow view of who, personality wise, would do well with them. Or maybe I'm too old. Maybe they only want younger people and/or those with no experience so they can use and abuse them without complaint because the employee doesn't know any better. Either way, it's BS. They pass over tons of great people because of their narrow ideals. It's a shame, because I used to love them (as a customer), and now I can't help but hate them. They'll literally call people in for interviews even when they're not actually hiring anyone (straight up told this by a manager at the end of the last interview I had). So please, don't waste your time with this sorry excuse of a company. You'd legit be better off at McDonalds or Walmart.
