Interview
Was very polite and quick. Manager was helpful answering questions and guiding through the interview. Liked the experience and hope to work here in the future. Surprised I have not heard back
It was simple, they asked questions about my previous experience in the resturant industry. And then they asked if I can work well in fast pase environments. The interview wasn't hard, and they were nice
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Utah, IL) in Nov 2025
Interview
Simple enough, thorough and friendly. Seemed like a great team that got along well and still got the job done. Pretty standard when it comes to restaurant operations interviews in my opinion.

Question 1
Mostly about experience and how I would handle situations.
Straightforward. It was a casual setting and the interviewing person seemed considerate and not rushed for time. I was not nervous. I heard back relatively quickly about the offer. I was able to ask many questions at the time of the interview.
