I interviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY) in Apr 2022
Interview
Asked for experience, level of education, strengths and weaknesses, tested memorization and people skills. Was a group interview, so with four other people, answering order switched up. Was for half an hour, was given scenarios and we would have to explain how we would react, having to do with multitasking multiple customers, giving good service to angry customers, cleaning, up and closing up, and opening up, and our schedules too to see if it was even a fit.
Quick chat with manager, 30 minutes, had to speak about my previous work experience, and how I Work with customers and availability as well as commitment to the team for both the current season and onward.
It was very chill, they asked about previous work experience, why I left my previous job, my skills, and my availability. Very standard interviewing process and interviewer was very nice.
