I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (San Antonio, TX) in May 2022
Interview
Easy going, quite short. Took a couple of weeks for them to hit me back. Not sure if it’s like this for everyone else, (it’s probably not) but they let you know if you didn’t get the job or if you did.

Do you have any questions?
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Question 1

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
