I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Denver, CO)
Interview
I was interviewed by the entire team I would be joining- 3 people. It was very relaxed but thorough and they were most interested in a culture fit instead of a skills fit. Which is great until they don't foster your skills and talent and instead expect you to stay in your entry level position without growing or wanting more.
