The assistant manager asked me a series of questions outddors. Some of the questions included prior experience and initial interest in working at Chipotle. Afterwards, she asked for my availability and information and offered the job.

Do you have previous experience working in customer service?
Interview was chill. Manager was friendly and asked basic questions about myself and work experience in a kitchen (which prior to this role was zero). I think he primarily wanted to see that I had a strong drive and work ethic.

They asked me about my experience in customer service and in the kitchen
Group interview. Very informal. Was asked to come and observe for second interview and it was awkward and the employees were unwelcoming and didnt really seem interested in making the interview process enjoyable.
