Quick and easy group interview with ample opportunity for each interviewer to answer questions. Relaxed environment. The interviewer (Lead Manager) provided a chance for the people being interviewed to ask questions at the end. The basics of each position at the store and basic store policies were also explained in the interview.
Quick chat with manager, 30 minutes, had to speak about my previous work experience, and how I Work with customers and availability as well as commitment to the team for both the current season and onward.
It was very chill, they asked about previous work experience, why I left my previous job, my skills, and my availability. Very standard interviewing process and interviewer was very nice.
