Interview
The whole process was fairly easy, i was emailed the day and time of my interview, and I went to the restaurant even though is really busy, and took about 15 min for my interview to start, but it was fairly easy. The interview took place in the dining room and have typical interview questions such as why did I choose Chipotle.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
