Chipotle Team to Manager interview questions

Chipotle made a huge article on how every single employee will get at least $15/hr. during my interview the very young girl interviewing me just complained about everything ( I like knowing what needs work on but she was COMPLAINING). I asked to start off at $15 and she said "oh NOBODY starts off close to that high!" she said she could offer me $13 (and she said nobody else makes that much.) then i got a text saying her manager said $13 is too much and i could only get $12. I feel bad for their employees they are not paid right. that company makes so much money treat the people who make the money right
