The entire process was unorganized and unprofessional. As someone who works in HR, I can tell that the recruiting team is clearly in shambles. There is a lack of leadership because my interview was repeatedly rescheduled for weeks at the last minute and then canceled. I was told that the reason for the cancelation was because they were taking the position in a different direction which was a lie because they reposted the same exact job description after canceling my interview.
