From applying for the job, through phone conversation with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, and an interview with team members, it took nearly 3 months. There was very little feedback provided at any stage and no timelines provided. After my last interview with the team members I'd be working alongside I didn't receive any feedback until 3 weeks later saying I'd not been successful. For a mission led business that supposedly puts people first, I'm surprised by the lack of empathy Chobani shows for its potential employees. Interviewees deserve some clarity and respect throughout the interview process. This process was so lengthy that I accepted another job while I was waiting to hear back from Chobani HR. If the recruitement process is this lengthy it tells me there is a major problem with the HR dept and not the candidates.
