Chobani Shift Lead interview questions

First met in corporate HQ in SoHo, NYC. The HR employee was one of the friendliest people I've ever met, but spoke very quickly. It became clear this part of the interview was just to make sure I wasn't crazy. Second, was made to walk to Chobani Cafe location a few blocks away to meet managers I'd actually work with in store. They told me I'd be a better fit for a position that paid only slightly less than Shift Lead because my limited availability and prior experience. I therefore got a Brand Ambassador job for $17/hourly.
