Choice Hotels Senior Analyst interview questions

Took forever. A lot of back and forth with the recruiter. Hiring manager was kind of a jerk and thus off-putting. Would not have pursued based on that. Would not respond when i followed up not that i was very interested.

I went through 5 interviews at Choice over a span of 1.5 months for a position that the team was looking to fill ASAP. The interviews ranged from speaking with analysts on the team up to executives. The interviews were very technical and straight to the point. All were positive except for the interview with an executive, who seemed as though he couldn't care less to be there. The issue, however, is not with the interview process, but with the recruiter. I was told my recruiter would follow up with me the Monday following my interview, and I have not yet heard a response after a month. I even reached out via text, call, email, and LinkedIn. Still to this day I'm unsure of whether or not I got the position, but any response/update would have been courteous and professional considering how much of my time went into the process. It's disappointing and has really changed my perceptive of a company I once thought was amazing. I now wonder how organized the company really is.
