Interview
1. I applied online though the website.
2. I got an email from Candice on the same day I applied asking for a preliminary phone call.
3. The preliminary call with Candice was about 35 minutes long and covered my resume, prior experience, why I was interested in Chownow and how I have handled difficult professional conversations in the past.
4. Next I interviewed with four members of the team I would be working with - about 1.5 hours
5. One follow up interview covering my exact role responsibilities and asking about commitment to the work load.
6. I was then offered the position in a call from Candice!

Interview
Very concise and great communication along the way. Consisted of one recruiter call and one hiring manager call. Hiring manager conversation was very informal and inviting. Started the 30 minutes with very warm rapport building and chatted fluidly about past experiences, aspirations, and the role.

Interview
My interview process consisted of 3 interviews. Two interviews over the phone and the third on-site interview with multiple meetings. I also had a written assignment and role play exercise to go with the third interview. The whole process was very enjoyable and professional. It felt like the company was not only wanting to know about my previous work experiences, but it felt like they really aimed to know me personally and how I fit in with ChowNow's culture. They even requested feedback from me about the process. It was very refreshing to encounter a company who cares so much about employee satisfaction.
