Phone call and then in person. Was given a tour around the building and the OR to make sure it would be a good fit for me. Was an easy interview overall.
Intro phone call first. Then on site tour of facility and job description walkthrough. Phone interview was a very normal intro style, they just want to get a feel for how you fit in to the company.
