You should definitely study. I had a great connection with the interviewer and we automatically bonded. I was passionate about working in the hospital especially since I was applying to medical school and I think that showed not only on my resume but also during the interview. I didn’t have any experience in Phlebotomy but This Hospital is a teaching hospital so be prepared to get thrown in there. They train you pretty well. Had to switch to Third shift because I felt that the night manager was more patient and didn’t micromanage me like the other shifts managers. They would make things seem more complicated than it actually was. Once I was on Third shift, I thrived and the job immediately became a breeze. Overall, I enjoyed working at this hospital mainly because of the patients and making them smile everyday.
