Interview

Takes around 2 weeks. I was contacted by a recruiter and had a very good open conversation that detailed what CBA is about. That lead to a GoToMeeting Video Conference interview, which followed up with a face to face interview with Franchise owner, and lastly had a family dinner with the franchise owner and his wife, and got an offer the following day.

Phone interview. Made appointment to interview via conference call. Sat on hold for 30 min past the scheduled interview time and no one ever joined the call. Did not get an email or phone call that the persons conducting the interview would be late. Very unprofessional and a waste of my valuable time. Feels like a very disorganized company.
